King Charles and Queen Camilla recently celebrated a special day after facing endless difficulties in 2024.
According to Hello! Magazine, the monarch surprised his beloved wife by arranging an intimate dinner at Valentine's Day which was attended by the royal couple's close friends.
An insider disclosed, "It was a quiet dinner for close friends - about 12 in all. The King and Queen then spent the whole weekend in Windsor, which is quite unusual."
Notably, the King and Queen are also set to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary on April 9, a milestone moment in their love life.
It is important to note that King Charles honoured Queen Camilla after the two suffered heartbreak in 2024.
On one hand, the monarch and his darling daughter-in-law Princess Kate were diagnosed with cancer, which was a big shock for the entire royal family.
Then, the Queen lost her fur companion, her dog, in the same year.
Palace released adorable photos of the Queen with her dog Beth and wrote, "A sad farewell to Beth, The Queen’s much-loved companion from @Battersea Dogs and Cats Home who brought such joy, whether on walkies, helping on official duties, or curled up by the fire."
