Kailyn Lowry replied to a fan comment dubbing the name of her newborn twins "too Kardashian" following their moniker revelation.
In a TikTok video posted on Friday, the Teen Mom 2 alum shared that she was about to name her son Aire – she revealed the names of her bundles of joy as Verse and Valley last week – but decided to drop it as it seemed "too Kardashian."
"If you think Verse and Valley are too Kardashian for you, then you’ll be happy to know that I didn’t name my son Aire,” she said in a recent clip.
The mother of seven shared the reason for initially choosing Aire, "And I say that because Aire is actually a family name for me."
She explained that she almost went for that name because she has two grandfathers whose middle names are Aire.
"I feel like I have a good reason to name my kids Verse and Valley. The stories are cute," the 31-year-old noted, adding,"I also think that even if I didn’t have a story for a kid’s name and I wanted to name my kids something, that’s fine."
The New York Times' best-selling author encouraged the audience to "name your kids whatever you want."
"Whatever makes you happy, and that’s it," she wrapped up the message.
Notably, Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott legally changed their son’s moniker, whom they welcomed in February 2022, from Wolf to Aire.
Meanwhile, Lowry has grown her brood to seven kids, namely Isaac, 14, Lincoln, nine, Lux, six, Creed, three, Rio, one, and newborn twins, who she welcomed in January 2024.
