Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen highlights the importance of health and happiness in a candid interview.
During a chat with Harper’s Bazaar, Bundchen spilled her journey to a happy and healthier life.
"I want to live the longest feeling the best that I can, but for me to achieve this, I have to make decisions today,” Bundchen revealed to the outlet.
She further added, "You can have all the money in the world. If you don’t have your health, it’s not possible to buy it back."
The Brazilian beauty goes miles to keep herself healthy and in shape by following a strict diet of fresh produce like nuts, beans, seeds, oats, wild rice and minimal meats to get the glow.
