Amber Heard spotted limping on crutches after sustaining hip injury

Amber Heard got down with a serious hip injury while training for the annual New York City Marathon.

The Aquaman star was spotted limping on crutches in Madrid accompanied by her sister Whitney Henriquez and the actress’s sleeping daughter, 2-year-old Oonagh, carried in a stroller by Henriquez.

She also expressed excitement over her return to the second installment of Aquaman, slated for a theatrical release in December.

In photos obtained by Page Six, Heard sported a casual black shift dress which was cinched at the waist.

She paired the simple outfit with white Chloe ribbon side sandals, layered necklaces, hoop earrings, and a gold Apple watch to accentuate it.

Her hair was tied into a messy bun.

Upon being inquired, the actress revealed she had been training for the upcoming competition, which is set to take place in November.

Heard has been hiding out in Spain’s capital since September 2022, three months after losing a defamation case against her ex-husband Johnny Depp.

Despite the public backlash, she always seems in good spirits at every encounter with the paparazzi.

“I love Spain so much,” she told a local reporter in Spanish in May, adding that she “hope[s]” to stay there long because she “love[s] living [t]here.”

In June, the actress stepped out for her first official appearance in Italy to attend the Taormina Film Festival for the premiere of her new movie, In the Fire.

Heard and Depp were married for two years before the former accused the Pirates of the Caribbean star of domestic violence.

She went on to write a Washington op-ed in which she recognized herself as a “public figure representing domestic abuse” in 2018.
