Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick’s relationship had an uncanny start. Despite both of them being in The Bachelorette on different seasons, the pair didn’t start dating until meeting on Bristowe’s podcast in 2019.

Recalling their blissful first meeting, Bristowe told People: "My relationship with Jason was definitely not something I expected. When I met him, dating anyone wasn't even on my radar, especially dating anyone in Bachelor world, but something in my mind was rooting for him. And I thought, 'Whoever dates him is a lucky girl.'”

Fast forward to Sunday, Aug 6, the couple announced their split after four years together.

The television personalities first met during a taping of Bristowe’s Off the Vine podcast in 2018 and instantly hit it off.

"You're making me blush over here, Kaitlyn," Tartick said at the time. "I mean, if we're both going to be in the same city at the same time, I see no reason why we shouldn't go to dinner or grab drinks."

They later confirmed their relationship during an interview on the Today show.

February 2019:

Bristowe and Tartick made their relationship Instagram official by posting each other on their first Valentine’s Day.

They announced their decision to move in together after months of long distance.

Taking to Instagram, the couple wrote in a statement: "After sharing the news with family and close friends first, and taking the time to properly process it ourselves, we are saddened with heavy hearts to share that we have decided to end our engagement.

"We are thankful for all of you who gave us the time and space to process this life-altering decision as there are many emotions and changes to navigate,” they added.
