Tom Cruise desperately looking to 'date again' amid his pursuit for Shakira

Tom Cruise is ready to find love again.

According to sources, the Top Gun star is "totally on the market to date again" and is "emphatically" certain that the right girl for him is just "out there."

Speaking to RadarOnline, the insider dished on some of the actor’s dating traits, revealing that he is an "all-or-nothing character, he goes from zero to 100."

"He can’t help jumping into things with both feet," they said. "His friends have gently advised that he’d do well to dial it back."

The insider described the Hollywood hunk as having "rotten luck" when it comes to his love life, considering his three failed marriages and a string of unblossomed romances.

The actor has been married to the likes of A-list actresses, including Mimi Rogers, Katie Holmes, and Nicole Kidman.

He had most recently been romantically linked to Shakira, who promptly shut down his advances after their hang out at the Formula 1 Grand Prix last month.

"She doesn't want to embarrass or upset him, but there's no attraction or romance on her part - she was just being friendly. She's flattered but not interested,” an insider told Heat Magazine at the time.
