Lady Gaga Debuts First Look as Harley Quinn in ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’, DC Sequel

Lady Gaga is with the Joker now.

Lady Gaga is feigning happiness. With the publishing of a picture showing star Joaquin Phoenix in the arms Lady Gaga, director Todd Phillips has revealed a fresh look at "Joker: Folie à Deux."

Phillips' terse Instagram caption reads, "Happy Valentine's Day." The picture is the first time the public has seen Gaga in the movie. Additionally, Gaga posted the photo on her social media accounts.

A version of the DC Comics character Harley Quinn, a psychiatrist who falls in love with the Joker before adopting his malicious tendencies, is said to be played by Gaga. In the "Suicide Squad" movies and "Birds of Prey," Margot Robbie played Quinn in the past.

The "Harley Quinn" animated series on HBO Max currently has Kaley Cuoco providing the voice work.

Last August, Gaga formally announced her participation in the "Joker" sequel. The movie is thought to be a musical.
