Stephen "tWitch" Boss' wife Allison Holker has reportedly filed a petition to the court for the transfer of the late comedian’s property to her name after he died without a will.
Boss died by suicide on Dec. 13, 2022, at the age of 40.
In the court docs obtained by People, Holker requested the court for the ownership of Stephen Boss Productions and Goldman Sachs investment account, as well as royalties from Cast and Crew Production Services; Disney Worldwide Services, Inc.; GEP Talent Services, LLC; and SAG/AFTRA.
In the filing, Holker asked for a "determination of property passing to the surviving spouse" and "confirmation of property belonging to the surviving spouse."
Boss and Holke tied the knot in 2013, and share three children – Maddox, 6, Zaia, 3, and Weslie, 14.
