Emily Ratajkowski has officially filed for divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard after four years of marriage.

The news was confirmed by Us Weekly Thursday, September 8.

The 31-year-old actress first sparked rumors of separation in June after she was spotted out and about without her wedding band.

A source close to the My Body author confirmed the split to Page Six, citing Sebastian’s infidelity as the reason.

The separated pair share a one-year-old son together.

It has also been reported that Ratajkowski is currently dating A-list actor Brad Pitt.
