Madonna celebrates son David's 16th birthday: 'So much to be grateful for!'

Madonna is cherishing son David Banda on his 16th birthday!

The 63-year-old turned to her Instagram on Monday, the pop star gave fans a glimpse into her son's balloon-filled birthday decorations in her new backyard. 

"Sweet 16 in our New Back Yard! So much to be grateful for!! #davidbanda," she wrote in the caption accompanying the photos.

In one of the photos, fans could see Madonna embracing her son while in another, David was spotted cutting his birthday cake alongside mother.

Madonna adopted David with ex Guy Ritchie when he was 13-months-old.
