Charli XCX teams up with John Cale for haunting track ‘House’

Charli XCX releases a haunting track House, featuring John Cale, for Emerald Fennell's upcoming film Wuthering Heights.

On Monday, November 10, Charli shared the official music video of the new song on YouTube. Previously, the Brat singer called the song “the first offering from my album for Emerald Fennell’s adaptation of Wuthering Heights.”

With the new creepy song, Charli has experimented with industrial sounds. Cale’s voice emerges later as a foreboding voiceover before the duo repeats the central chorus, “I think I’m gonna die in this house.”
