'Love Island' winner spills on Cierra Ortega shocking exit

Amaya “Papaya” Espinal, who won Love Island USA season 7, opened up about Cierra Ortega's sudden departure from the series.

The winner revealed that the rest of the participants were in shock and did not get the chance to say goodbye to the contestant before she was taken off of the show.
