Niall Horan reveals girlfriend Amelia Woolley critique on his music

Niall Horan reflected on how his girlfriend Amelia Woolley gives honest feedback on his music.

The Irish singer, who sparked romance with an interior design enthusiast, in late 2020, is set to drop his new album Dinner Party.

The title of the album is inspired by the dinner party where, Horan first time met his lover.

In an appearance at the Australian weekday breakfast, Sunrise Show, the This Town hitmaker shared his girlfriend's involvement in his work and she feels about songs writer about her.

"She loves listening to the music of course, and she’s a big music fan. But, yeah, I’m sure you don’t get used to having songs written about you," he said.

The Black and White crooner added that once he is done writing a song, he plays it to Woolley to get her opinions.

He said, "I'll come up and I’ll play what I’ve just, you know, to my girlfriend, and she’ll give me, you know, a good idea of whether it’s good or not."

Horan added, "She hasn’t got to the point where she’ll like, tell me it’s crap or anything, but she will say, 'I think I… preferred the one from yesterday maybe?'"

Calling her technique of critics "a good way of letting me down easy."

Horan’s upcoming album Dinner Party is slated for release on June 5.
