Niall Horan reflected on his experience of falling in love for the first time ever.
The Slow Hands singer has been in relationship with Amelia Woolley since 2020 and kept much of their romance private.
However, the This Town singer has now shared some rare details about his love with new single Dinner Party, inspired from the first time he met Woolley.
During the latest podcast episode of Zach Sang Show, Horan was asked if it was the first time has fallen in love.
"Yeah, properly, I would say, yeah," he admitted.
The Irish singer went on to share details of the impact it has on him, saying, "I don't know if she'd agree, but it probably has made me a bit more vulnerable, comfortable, knowing that that person is like the safe zone."
Explaining why being in relationship feels like the very first time, the Heaven crooner admitted, "I haven't really had the roots before to do that. So this is a major first."
He further explained that it could also be an age factor. "I feel like I'm at the right age to want to give myself up to that, you know? Whereas before, I'd be like, I'm 20-something. I'm cool as f--k."
Previously in an interview, he told what the song means to him, "It was based around a dinner party because that’s where I met her, but it’s kind of bigger that that – once in a life time moment that changes your direction in life," he said.
Horan's fourth studio album Dinner Party is slated for release on June 5.
