Ryan Gosling says yes to ‘Days of Our Lives’ invite

Ryan Gosling has accepted the invite to visit the Days of Our Lives set.

The Barbie star in an appearance on the Happy Sad Confused podcast and he revealed watching Deidre Hall played a woman possessed by the devil on the show taught him how to act.

Acknowledging him, Hall posted a video on Instagram sending invite to him to visit them.

The Project Hail Mary actor then responded by accepting her invitation, telling the actress, "Deidre Hall, are you kidding me? Yes. This is a very enthusiastic yes to a very cordial invitation to visit you on set.”

He added, “I will be there to thank you in person for being my OG [original] acting inspiration. It wasn’t Marlon Brando in On the Waterfront. It wasn’t [Robert] De Niro in Taxi Driver. It was you."

Previously, on the podcast Gosling explained that he didn’t had many friends growing up so he used to stay back at home making excuse of being sick and would watch "watch Regis and Kelly. I loved Regis and Kelly and Days Of Our Lives."

He further gave credit to Hall for providing him with "incredible acting class" when he watched her on TV.

As of now Gosling is busy promoting his new film, Project Hail Mary, which has made business of $54.5 Million in 2nd weekend of release.
