Ryan Gosling eyes ‘Days of Our Lives’ visit after praising Deidre Hall performance

Ryan Gosling may head to the set of Days of Our Lives following an invite sparked by his comments about Deidre Hall.

The Oscar nominated actor has long supported soap operas, and his latest remarks pointed to the hard work behind daytime performances.

On the Happy Sad Confused podcast while promoting his upcoming movie titled as Project Hail Mary, he shared memories of his early viewing and highlighted the 78-year-old model for playing Marlena Evans.

He recalled being especially drawn to the show’s possession storyline, describing it as a striking example of the range required from soap actors.

Meanwhile, the daytime drama star shared a video expressing gratitude and inviting him on set.

Shortly after, the actor followed up with his own video, shared through Eva Mendes’s and the film’s official Instagram accounts, where he enthusiastically accepted the invitation.

“This is a very enthusiastic yes to a very cordial invitation,” he said. “I will be there to thank you in person… It wasn’t Marlon Brando. It wasn’t De Niro. It was you.”
