Michael B. Jordan eyes huge pay check after securing Oscar Award

Michael B. Jordan made history by winning an Academy Award in the category Best Actor male for his double role in Sinners.

The 39-year-old became a beloved Hollywood celebrity after his milestone win, defeating Timothee Chalamet and other nominees.

However, a report is raising eyebrows as it was revealed that the Creed star is now demanding huge pay checks in order to become part of any projects within the industry.

The actor is presumed to be asking for nearly $18 million in order to portray lead in Universal’s Miami Vice reboot.

According to a source, his team waited to finalise the deal after Michael secured the Oscars nod in order to “leverage his new status.”

The career-defining moment was described being surreal by the Hollywood A-list star as he expressed his gratitude while honouring all those who helped him in his journey.

While his demand to act is not so simple, the actor celebrated the milestone with his fans in an In-N-Out as he ordered a burger and fries for himself.

Meanwhile, the star already has a busy schedule as he has several projects lined up for the future. 

These include The Thomas Crown Affair, Swapped and Creed IV which is said to be in its pre-production era.
