Taylor Frankie Paul speaks out after shocking abuse clip comes to light

Taylor Frankie Paul has spoken out following the cancellation of her season on The Bachelorette, after an explosive video of hers from 2023 was released.

The influencer and her ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen have gone viral amid an ongoing domestic violence investigation and case between the former couple.

After the show and its premiere got scrapped as a result of an alarming clip showing 31-year-old throwing chairs and abusing her former flame, the upcoming television personality’s representative has issued a statement.

"Taylor is very grateful for ABC’s support as she prioritizes her family’s safety and security. After years of silently suffering extensive mental and physical abuse as well as threats of retaliation, Taylor is finally gaining the strength to face her accuser…” it said as per People.

"There are too many women who are suffering in silence as they survive aggressive, jealous ex-partners who refuse to let them move on with their lives. Taylor has remained silent out of fear of further abuse, retaliation and public shaming,” the statement continued.

Taylor’s representative shared that she is taking steps to ensure that her children are protected from further harm and preparing to share her story.

Notably, the Draper City Police Department has confirmed that allegations have been made from both Dakota and the mother-of-three’s sides.
