Jessica Chastain claims to be unrecognisable without glam makeup: Watch

Jessica Chastain, named one of the most iconic redheads from the Hollywood industry, made a transition with a bizarre claim.

The 48-year-old turned to her Instagram to share her famous blazer look that she spotter a while ago along with other dresses.

The text on the video appears: "She’s an actress. I’d recognise her anywhere."

Soon, the clip transitions in to her bare-face look with no makeup on and a text appearing on it that read: “No, no you wouldn’t.”

Jessica wrote a gushing tribute for her team in the caption, writing: “Shout out glam team for doing the lords work,” seemingly hinting she is unrecognisable without it.

However, the online community reacted to the update, disagreeing with one follower noting: “I hate to break it to you… but yes ma’am. You’re still a baddie without the glam.”

Another fan shared their opinion on her humbleness and beauty, appreciating: “The prettiest inside and out.”

A third admirer was frustrated, gushing in the comment section: “How can the most beautiful woman in the world post something like this.”

Jessica is expected to be coming to the Oscars 2026 as a presenter in the ceremony which will be held on March 15 at the Dolby Theatre.
