Charli xcx opens up about her future plans.
Following the success of Brat album which sparked Brat Summer and won her a 2025 Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album, ventured into the world of silver screen.
2025 and onwards she starred in almost nine movies including The Moment (a mockumentary of her fame), I Want Your Sex, and Faces of Death, while contributing to soundtracks of Wuthering Heights.
In her appearance on an episode of Quenlin Blackwell's Feeding Starving Celebrities, Charli chatted about her career path.
"Do you want to act more?" Quenlin Blackwell asked. Charli enthusiastically replied, "Yes, are you kidding? I want to quit music, babe, and act."
"You know what I really want to do? I made a TikTok about this. An ultimate it-girl Final Destination," the 365 singer shared.
In the May 2025 video, Charli named Rachel Sennott, Alex Consani, Gabbriette, Romy Mars, Blackwell, and herself as possible cast members for the horror idea.
"I namechecked you in it," she told Blackwell on the series. "We're all just running around being so hot, but being killed in the craziest ways."
Her new mockumentary, The Moment, directed by Aidan Zamiri was premiered at Sundance Film Festival on January 22.
The cast included Rosanna Arquette, Jamie Demetriou, Kate Berlant, Alexander Skarsgård, as well as a special cameo from Kylie Jenner.
Additionally, Charli will join Olivia Wilde and Cooper Hoffman in Gregg Araki's upcoming movie, I Want Your Sex, and will appear in a horror film titled Faces of Death.
