Michael Jackson’s past controversies have resurfaced with a new lawsuit that the now-deceased icon’s estate has been hit with.
The Billie Jean singer is being sued by four adult siblings Edward, Dominic, Marie-Nicole and Aldo Cascio, who claim that the musician abused them when they were minors.
In the complaint, the siblings alleged that the dancer "groomed and brainwashed" them using his power and influence as a celebrity.
"Michael Jackson was a serial child predator who, over the course of more than a decade, drugged, raped and sexually assaulted each of the plaintiffs, beginning when some were as young as seven or eight," the lengthy lawsuit claims.
"The filing alleges that the abuse occurred over extended periods in multiple locations worldwide, including during visits when Jackson and his children stayed at the siblings' family home,” it further states.
The Cascio siblings claimed that they met Michael, who passed away in 2009, through their father who worked at a high-end hotel their father was employed in, and which the songwriter would frequent.
Notably, they added that the Thriller hit maker got close to the family with his generosity and giving them gifts and affection.
Allegedly, Michael then isolated the young siblings and exposing them to various substances and pornography as well as individually subjected them to abuse.
Michael Jackson has three children, with the oldest being Prince Jackson, then Paris Jacson and his youngest is Bigi Jackson.
