Taylor Swift, who is known for her chart-topping hit tack, has reached another milestone days after releasing Opalite music video.
It was announced that the song ranked No.1 on Hot 100 chart after The Fate Of Ophelia achieved similar milestone earlier.
The 36-year-old decided to celebrate it by sharing a never-before seen behind the scenes video, singing the hit track.
After the Lover crooner confirmed have Hot 100 No.1 twice from same album for the first time, the online community shared their thoughts on X (formerly Twitter).
As the singer restricted her comment section, a netizen penned down on X, “These vocals are so awful.”
According to them, the Grammy winner might be “trying to make this her new singing style.”
Another fan was disappointed as they wrote: “not a single note was hit,” while a third admirer shared that Taylor sounds different.
In the lengthy note, the pop icon expressed her gratitude towards the “fans who helped make this happen by welcoming this song.”
Towards the end, the Love Story singer asked Swifties to celebrate in a unique way by buying “a giant pretzel at the mall.”
The Life of A Showgirl, her 12th studio album, came out on October 3 which was announced on her fiancé Travis Kelce’s podcast.
Soon after releasing, the tracks ranked top on various streaming charts. However, the project faced online scrutiny for seemingly not being up to the mark.
