MrBeast, whose real name is James Stephen "Jimmy" Donaldson, has a reputation of a person who gives away huge sums of money with challenges.
The 27-year-old was walking with his security when a fan came up to him with a bizarre request, demanding: “Can I get some money?”
Jimmy reached out for his pockets and searched before responding to the lady: “Next time” he will get it for her. The lady chuckled at the answer she got.
The online community called out the woman for sharing her request with one X user poking fun: “So because someone is famous, they automatically become a walking ATM?”
Another netizen was of the opinion that the admirer reached out to the stream as he is always “flaunting money online.”
Although the YouTuber has a networth of approximately $2.6 billion, he recently made a concerning remark during an interview.
The social media star admitted that he has “negative money” and is “borrowing,” explaining her financial situation. He added: “That’s how little money I have.”
While his company holds a valuation of nearly $5 billion to $5.2 billion, it is not liquid and exists as “equity.”
Despite being a billionaire only on paper, the YouTuber is focusing only on creating content for now and is reinvesting back in his work.
Previously, the star shared that he turned to his mother for nuptials arrangement, borrowing from her after he confirmed his engagement to Thea Booysen.
