Daniel Radcliffe returns to Broadway after winning Tony Award in 2024 for Stephen Sondheim’s Merrily We Roll Along.

This time the Harry Potter star will mark his first time on the stage completely solo.

The British actor will star in Duncan Macmillan’s Every Brilliant Thing, an uplifting one-man show about empathy, depression and resilience.

In order to prepare for the role, the Jungle actor has been studying stand up specials by Tracy Morgan.

In an interview with the USA Today, he noted, "There’s something to watching how relaxed and at ease Tracy is in those situations."

As the opening night approaches, anticipation is getting high for Radcliffe’s daring return to Broadway.

"Honestly, I’ve just moved from the stage of being super excited about it to just being absolutely terrified," he said.

Directed by Jeremy Herrin, Every Brilliant Thing, begins on February 21 at the Hudson Theatre, with an official opening on March 12 till May 24, 2026.

The play, blends humour and heartbreak as the narrator recounts creating a lifelong list of joyful moments amid personal tragedy.
