Britney Spears’ mother, Lynne Spears, has been spotted landing at Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday.

The 70-year-old writer’s appearance comes just days after the pop star raised fresh concern with the sale of her music catalog.

For the unversed, the 44-year-old singer reportedly signed a staggering $200 million deal with publishing giant Primary Wave, sparking speculation about the future of her chart-topping career.

Insiders suggest the move may be tied to ‘heavy spending,’ while others hint it could mark the start of a quieter era for the pop princess.

Adding fuel to the fire, Britney was recently photographed behind the wheel of her Mercedes, apparently using her phone, a breach of California’s strict road laws.

Lynne flew in from Louisiana, seemingly to support her daughter as questions swirl.

Notably, the visit shines a spotlight on their famously rocky relationship, especially after the songstress shared a chilling social media post earlier this month claiming she’s ‘scared’ of her family and ‘lucky to be alive.’

Four years after her 13-year conservatorship ended, the Toxic singer has openly criticised relatives for ‘isolating’ her, insisting they’ll ‘never take responsibility.’

While she reconciled briefly with her mother in 2023, their bond has long been fraught, particularly during the conservatorship battles.

Despite family tensions, she appears upbeat following the catalog sale, reportedly spending time with her two sons, Sean, 18, and Jayden, 17, enjoying a rare moment of celebration amid ongoing drama.
