Jennifer Garner has proved she’s still got the moves and the bruises to show for it.
The 53-year-old actress revealed that her ballet background came in surprisingly handy while filming gripping scenes for Apple TV+ thriller The Last Thing He Told Me.
Playing determined heroine Hannah Hall, Jennifer said her years of dance training helped her throw herself, quite literally, into the action.
“You take that physicality… everything you put into dance,” she explained, adding that fight scenes demand total commitment.
“The stakes are so high that you have to use your whole body to accomplish the scene — and that’s what I love.”
But it wasn’t all graceful leaps and dramatic flair.
The Hollywood star admitted the role left her “bruised up, but in a good way,” proving she’s more than ready to battle it out on screen.
And if that wasn’t dramatic enough, Jennifer also recalled a real-life ordeal that had fans gasping.
During her very first San Diego Comic-Con in 2024, where she appeared after starring in Deadpool and Wolverine, she got stuck in a lift for over an hour.
Taking to Instagram mid-crisis, she joked: “I could use a Wolverine; I could use a Deadpool!”
Later adding she was feeling “schvitzy” and nervously listening to talk of “Don’t cut the blue wire.”
