Chad Michael Murray has told us Jamie Lee Curtis was one of the first to make him aware that he was interested in women.
On January 7, the actor appeared in an episode of the Like A Farmer Podcast and candidly shared that he saw Curtis in the 1983 film Trading Places.
“She’s a hooker in that. And I believe that was when I said like, Oh, no. I am fond of girls,’ the American actor and writer instantly quipped. “That was one of those moments. I said", he said with a laugh, "What is that? I feel something.’”
Notably, at the tender age of 19, A Cinderella Story star got a chance to work with Curtis in Freaky Friday in 2003.
In retrospect, he referred to her as an icon. It was the first time that I had the opportunity to work with her, which made me feel as though that was like an icon.
He further commended Curtis in the fact that he lived to the standards of being born into Hollywood royalty.
"I was born in it, grew up in it, did it, and lived to expectations", he said citing movies such as Halloween, True Lies and Trading Places.
In 2025, Murray will rejoin Curtis and Lindsay Lohan in Freakier Friday, in which he will reprise his cult-favorite role of Jake in the long-awaited sequel.
