Lily Collins talks returning to set after becoming mother
The actress stars in the season of ‘Emily in Paris’
Lily Collins is opening up about welcoming her first child and returning to seta s a mother.
The actress welcomed daughter Tove with husband Charlie McDowell earlier this year via surrogacy.
Soon after daughter’s birth, she went back to filming the show she has been starring in since 2020.
The actress returns to screens with her role as Emily in the Netflix hit show Emily In Paris.
Speaking to The Sun about returning to screen after giving birth, Lily said its “different”.
“You have a different purpose [as a mother] and it's really tough ... It's a struggle and I'm just so grateful to be able to do both”.
After returning to film the new season, Lily told her co-stars to give her some “grace”.
“I said to everyone this year: 'I'm really good with memorisation, I'm really good with knowing my lines, but this year give me some grace.”
She told her co-stars that she has not slept and will not be on her game.
The couple celebrated their first Mother’s day and Father’s day as parents sharing pictures online.
