Rob, Michele Reiner’s ‘heart-wrenching’ death details come to light

Rob and Michele Reiner’s sudden deaths left the world in a state of shock, and new details of their horrifying murders are only making it more disturbing.

The pair’s death was immediately deemed a double homicide due to the nature of the crime scene when the bodies were discovered, and their own son, Nick Reiner was being eyed as the killer.

As per the Los Angeles County District Attorney, Nathan J. Hochman the Being Charlie screenwriter has officially been accused of murdering his parents.

"In approximately the early morning hours of December 14, Reiner is accused of fatally stabbing Rob Reiner, 78, and Michele Singer Reiner, 70, at their home in the 200 block of South Chadbourne Avenue in Brentwood," the attorney stated during a press conference.

"Nick Reiner fled but was arrested hours later that evening in Exposition Park," the statement continued, with the exact time of death not being confirmed as of yet.

Nathan also added that cases like this one are "some of the most challenging and heart-wrenching," because of the dynamics and the elements at play.

The department have also confirmed that the weapon of choice was a knife, and added that prosecution of cases involving family violence are especially hard to manage due to the intimate nature of the crimes.

What is Nick Reiner doing now?

Nick is currently in custody with no bail, due to his involvement in Rob and Michele Reiner’s murders.
