Michelle Obama comments on Rob Reiner’s death after Donald Trump’s murky remarks

“We’ve known them for many, many years, and we were supposed to be seeing them that night last night – and we got the news,” she said.

The comment comes after the current US President Donald Trump made incendiary statement on the couple’s tragic death.

Michelle went on to remember the iconic director and producer in positive light.

Her words subtly hinted at the statement Trump shared after the death of the two calling them ridden with “TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME” because they were anti-Trump and vocally Democrats.

“And let me just say this: Unlike some people, Rob and Michele Reiner are some of the most decent, courageous people. They are not deranged or crazed,”, she added.

She added “In a time when there’s not a lot of courage going on, they were the kind of people who were ready to put their actions behind what they cared about.”

The couple was found dead by their daughter Romy on Sunday.

As of now, their son Nick is being investigated for murdering his parents.
