American actress Amanda Seyfried turned 40 on December 3 and now she is opening up about the big milestone.
Speaking at the Hollywood premiere of The Testament of Ann Lee, the actress opened up about how turning 40 has reshaped her.
The actress reflected on her next chapter in life and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
“It looks sweaty. It looks less full of judgment from myself. It looks healthier in a lot of ways, emotionally, hopefully,” the actress commented.
The Jennifer’s Body star said she is learning to value life saying “life is fragile and life is short”.
“I also know that life is fragile and life is short, and I’m getting closer to an understanding of how important each day is to be present for,”, said Amanda.
The 40-year-old star is having a busy festive season promoting two projects that are set to hit theatres.
The Housemaid will be in theatres on December 19 starring Amanda alongside Sydney Sweeney.
Later on Christmas day, The Testament of Ann Lee will release starring Lewis Pullman and Thomasin McKenzie.
