New details have emerged in Rob Reiner and his wife Michele’s death mystery.
The couple was found dead in their Brentwood home on December 14.
The dead bodies of the two were discovered by their daughter Romy who informed the authorities.
As per a new report, the couple’s throats were slit by a family member.
Romy told the officials that a “dangerous” relative should be a suspect, as per TMZ.
The source reported that Romy informed the officials that the murderer is a family member, which according to many reports is the couple’s son Nick.
The horrified daughter of the late couple also informed the officials that the murdered could have occurred during a heated argument.
The couples son Nick, who has been battling with drug addiction since he was 15, is being considered the major suspect.
It has been revealed that the murder weapon used was a knife.
The American director married Michele in 1989 and went on to have three kids with her, sons Jake and Nick and daughter Romy.
Rob is famous for making movies like The Princess Bride, Stand By Me and When Harry Met Sally.
