Jacob Elordi is making some surprising remarks about Gweynth Paltrow’s performance in Marty Supreme, and how it made him feel.
The Frankenstein star praised the cast of the film, including Timothee Chalamet and even the Shakespeare in Love actress with a major compliment.
In Variety’s Actors on Actors segment, the Euphoria actor stated, “Everyone is perfect in your movie, and you have this one moment which I told you before but when you step out on the stage and are facing away from the audience…”
“Then the light comes up and you say that first line and the audience erupts, I just started weeping, I just started crying. The look on your face was so sincere and beautiful and sad.” Jacob continued.
The Saltburn actor also asked Gwyenth about the accent that she put on for the film and the latter confirmed that it was a transatlantic tone that she took on.
Elsewhere in the interview the duo reflected on how Marty Supreme felt like one of the movies from the 90’s because of the way it was shot and with the performances.
The bright orange hues are associated with Marty Supreme because of the table tennis centered film, featuring orange ping pong balls.
