Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried became the talk of the town after stepping on the red-carpet of The Housemaid’s screening.

Although the 28-year-old actress stirred several controversies, Sydney and Amanda sparked a comparison with Hollywood A-list stars, Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande.

While the Euphoria star revealed they became the “bestest friends” on the set of new project, the online community were convinced the co-stars are following in the Wicked leads’ footsteps.

In a video shared on December 4, the two actresses can be seen standing up-close as they talk to each other at the event.

One of the X users called out the move, asking: “Why is she being so possessive? This is not normal.” 

Meanwhile another fan stopped the haters: “Ok, lets not start getting all creepy like those… from Wicked.”

Someone poked fun at the duo: “They will never have that Wicked moment” that went viral between Cynthia and the Grammy winner.

Fans usually quote an internet joke as the 38-year-old singer gets protective of the Side to Side hitmaker, especially after an intruder Johnson Wen tried to embrace Ariana.
