The ex-couple, who share a daughter together Daisy Dove Bloom, remained in the spotlight but fans noticed something different in her bond with the politician.

After the 41-year-old singer went Instagram official with Justin, the online community compared the difference in energy with an old video.

In a clip, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor and Katy can be seen dining at the same place where the new duo recently hung out. 

The Grammy winner visibly had no expressions as she shared a drink with ex-fiance.

However, the singer seems in high spirit as she and Justin sit together at a restaurant after having lunch with the former Prime Minister of Japan, Fumio Kishida.

The online community debated about the comparison with one X user gushing over the way the politician “looks at her… beautiful to watch.”

Meanwhile, someone was of the opinion that this is the “honeymoon phase,” speculating that the new energy will fade away with time.
