After the 33-year-old singer received a wish from NFL, Cardi went an extra mile to preserve this memory forever with her.
The WAP hitmaker decided to turn her umbilical cord, a tube that connects the unborn to mother’s placenta, in to a gold keepsake.
The commission video instantly went viral on the internet, dividing fans if it is a heartwarming move or straight up disgusting.
In the clip, the artist can be seen molding Cardi’s umbilical cord into a heart shape and gold plate it to turn it into a souvenir.
One of the X users was of the opinion that “this is a different level of disgusting” video while another was left puzzled, asking: “Is this normal?”
Meanwhile, a netizen poked fun at her recent relationship: “Did she do this for all her other kids or just the one by the nfl player?”
However, many jumped in to defend the Grammy winner with someone gushed about people calling it “gross,” noting: “Wait till they hear about ppl eating their placenta.”
