Cardi B has shocked fans by uniquely transforming a biological item from her birthing experience, into a forever thing.

The Press singer gave birth to her fourth baby, a boy who is her first with Stefon Diggs, on November 4th and has decided to preserve the moment.

As was announced on social media, the Bodak Yellow rapper r turned to Mommy Made Encapsulation for their Umbilical Cord Keepsake.

The item’s name speaks for itself, and is a keepsake made from a piece of a detached umbilical cord.

 As per the company’s description, is “your baby’s umbilical cord dehydrated in the shape of a heart, and then dipped in gold chrome.”

Meanwhile the company also posted the graphic video of the cord, which had been dyed blue, being fed with a metal wire to make it moldable and then the dehydrated for preservation.

The comments under the video appeared to contain mixed reactions, as fans attempted to come to terms with the concept.

“It’s giving… umbilical pretzel,” one internet user wrote, as another added, “This is so gross & so warming all at the same time! Love this,” with two fire emojis.
