Lady Gaga ‘Mayhem’ encloses difficult journey: From trauma to healing

Lady Gaga, who is engaged to Michael Polansky, bounced back with her album Mayhem after enduring years of trauma and pain.

The year 39-old singer is notable for her eccentric persona, which distinguished her from other artists and made her "Lady Gaga."

Before going to a psychartist, Gaga seemingly got addicted to the adrenaline rush that she got after getting on stage as she admitted feeling “dead” otherwise.

The musician did not care if it was “healthy or not” to skip having meals or sleeping as she lived on “coffee and music.”

She was romantically involved with a metalhead bartender at the time, which the songstress believed was her “muse.”

Although her Born This Way was an absolute hit with 14 million copies sold, the Grammy winner was sexually assaulted by a music producer.

Fast forward to her new era after engagement, Gaga created Mayhem which encapsulated her trauma and mess in form of music.

According to the singer, “it was months and months and months of rediscovering everything I’d lost” and that is the reason “it’s called Mayhem.”

Who helped Lady Gaga to heal again?

Her fiancé Polansky’s love and care made a “big difference” for the Poker Face crooner, which drove her to become “a healthy, whole person.”

The two decided to get engaged in July 2024 after dating for nearly six years. The couple met at Sean Parker’ 40th birthday party.
