The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) organised its annual award event on Monday, November 3rd, at the American Museum of Natural History.
The event is widely known for its reputation as one of the most important events for the American fashion industry. Multiple remarkable celebrities were seen in attendance at the event.
A$AP Rocky arrived with Rihanna at the event and earned the title of "Fashion Icon" for his yet another dashing ensemble.
While talking to Reuters, the rapper expressed how his outfit selection process depends on feeling more than rules.
“Most of the time, my outfit chooses me,” he admitted on the red carpet. “My fashion sense depends on how I’m feeling that day… I’m known for bridging the gap between streetwear, high-end and luxury, and making it look seamless.”
Lifetime achievement award winner Ralph Rucci shared views on his career, “It gives you a perspective of what you’ve done in the past that allows you to go forward,” he said, adding that humility is essential to the business.
Multiple A-list Actors, influencers, and sportsmen attended the red-carpet event, including Venus Williams and Benito Skinner.
