Selena Gomez stirred headlines after accidentally coordinating outfits with her future mother-in-law.

The 33-year-old singer recently attended rapper Lil Dicky’s star-studded wedding alongside fiancé Benny Blanco’s family.

The songstress soon realised she was matching with Benny’s mother, Sandy Levin, and sister-in-law, Evi Levin.

Selena stunned in a figure-hugging Cult Gaia halter midi dress with an open back which she paired with pointed-toe heels.

On the other hand, Sandy opted for a sleeveless gown with a dramatic ruffled skirt, while Evi wore a one-shoulder, long-sleeve design.

A photo of the trio was shared by Lonely hitmaker's brother, Jeremy Levin, showing them all in striking red dresses.

Notably, the unexpected style moment quickly sent fans into a frenzy.

Later on, it was confirmed by Benny's sister that the matching looks were purely coincidental.

The Lose You to Love Me singer also posted her own set of glamorous wedding photos, including a shot of her kissing the Eastside singer on the cheek.

Her simple caption, “About last night’s wedding,” caused playful confusion, with stars such as SZA and Rachael Ray admitting they momentarily thought she was announcing her own nuptials.

The Rare Beauty founder and the record producer got engaged in December 2024 but are in no rush to marry.

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco first crossed paths about 16 years ago when her mother, Mandy Teefey, set up a meeting for them to possibly collaborate on music.
