Kylie Jenner, Ian Somerhalder get playful in social media exchange

Kylie Jenner has kept her fans updated on her rewatch of The Vampire Diaries, which has now caught the attention of Ian Somerhalder, who plays the heartthrob character Damon Salvatore.

The Lost actor took to his social media to give his opinions on the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum’s take on the series, which seems to be the same as the first time she watched the popular show.

In the exchange, the mother-of-two began by posting a screenshot of another main lead, Damon’s brooding younger brother, Stefan, portrayed by Paul Wesley, noting, “Already halfway through season 3.”

Ian reposed a screenshot of the Khy owner’s story too his account by writing, “Hey @kyliejenner I was team STEFAN too. What a sweetie [pie emoji]."

The Screen Actors Guild award winner then wished Kylie a Happy Birthday in advance, telling her to enjoy every moment because it goes quick.

After which the 27-year-old reposted his nod to her story with an enthusiastic but short “damon!!!!”

Ian kept the interaction going by posting another story to his Instagram, this time telling her to keep going as she was.

It is important to note that the reality tv star’s preference hasn't changed since she was younger, as she was a big Stefan fan even then, which is evident in her resurfaced 2013 tweets.
