Jade Thirlwall shuts down hopes for future collaboration with Charlie Puth

Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall and Charlie Puth seem to have unresolved drama, which was recently brought up by the former.

The pair previously worked together for the band’s 2016 track Oops, which was featured on their fourth studio album titled Glory Days.

Although Little Mix is currently not active, and the 32-year-old along with Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock have embarked on solo journeys, the Angel of My Dreams singer still seems to be holding on to a past memory.

In a now-viral episode of Kiss FM’s Say It or Shot It, the Heartbreak Anthem crooner got asked which artist she would never collaborate with, to which Jade gave an immediate response.

“I feel like the fans already know someone I wouldn’t collaborate with, Charlie Puth,” she stated, after which host Harriet Rose attempted to fish for details which the former band member refused to give up.

Jade’s fans took to social media soon after her confession to note their support for her, while others expressed confusion over the alleged feud between the two.

"she's so real for that. stay away from that generic artist," one fan wrote, while another commented, “I am sure she has good reasons.”

A third netizen remarked on the backstory, saying, “Oh what’s the tea between these two???"

Notably, the two have not publicly addressed any bad blood between them before this.

Fans speculate that Charlie Puth had a crush on Jade Thirlwall even though she was in a relationship with The Struts bassist Jed Elliot.
