Comedian Andrew Schulz, rapper-actor 50 Cent, and World Wrestling Entertainment's (WWE) Roman Reigns join the highly anticipated video game adaptation “Street Fighter".

As reported by Deadline, Andrew will play the role of Dan Hibiki, a fan-favourite character known for his over-the-top martial arts antics.

Joining him is American rapper and actor 50 Cent who will be playing the role of Balrog, the heavy-hitting boxer from the iconic Capcom video game.

Besides these two versatile actors, WWE superstar Roman Reigns is also starring in the movie. The American professional wrestler was confirmed to portray Akuma, after months of speculation. His casting appears to be a fitting match for the dark and deadly fighter.

Earlier, the director Kitao Sakurai confirmed that the cast includes Andrew Koji (Warrior), Noah Centineo (Black Adam), Jason Momoa (Aquaman), country artist Orville Peck, and Callina Liang as the legendary Chun-Li.

The film is co-developed by Legendary Entertainment and Capcom. Though they have not revealed plot details yet, filming is set to kick off August 2025 in Australia.

When will ‘Street Fighter’ release?

The new 'Street Fighter' movie is scheduled for release on March 20, 2026.
