Music icon Cher took to Instagram to share a heartfelt birthday wish for her late mother and actress Georgia Holt.
The late actress, who passed away in December 2022, would have marked her 99th birthday.
Writing an emotional note, Cher admitted that she forgets her mother is no more.
“Hey Mom Happy [Birth] Day. Sometimes I Talk 2 U,Need 2 Ask U a Question,Or I FORGET,& THINK,OH..GOTTA CALL MOM,”, the icon wrote.
Cher said “I AM WHO I AM … BECAUSE OF U”.
Georgia was an American singer and actress known for her role on I Love Lucy. Cher announced her death on X with a brief post saying “Mom is gone”.
The actress passed away after suffering pneumonia.
The mother-daughter duo joined forced to collaborate for a song I'm Just Your Yesterday for Georgia’s album re-release in 2013.

Cher has been married and divorced twice. Her first marriage was to Sonny Bono from 1964 to 1975 and her second was to singer Gregg Allman from 1975 to 1979.
