Cher’s son, Elijah Blue Allman and Marieangela King are officially parting ways after the Dark Lady singer’s very public feud with the couple.

King filed for divorce from Allman on April 8 after their tumultuous, on-again off-again relationship, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Although the date of the pair's separation goes as far back as March 31st.

She also sought the hefty price of $6,000 a month for temporary spousal support, as well as requesting to keep the duo’s car, a 2017 Toyota Prius, documents obtained by People disclosed.

King agreed to negotiate if Allman, 48, decided to keep the Prius, saying that she would then require "an additional $2,000 one-time payment and $500 per month in spousal support" so that she may “acquire a vehicle.”

This is not the first time one of the spouses has filed for divorce, as Allman had requested the annulment of their marriage in January of 2024, before asking for it to be dismissed "without prejudice,” and a judge permitting them to reconcile the following month.

The event occurred around the same time Cher had filed an ex parte motion, demanding her son be placed under temporary conservatorship, reasoning Allman’s substance abuse issues and mental health.

This did not sit well with King, 37, who fired back by accusing the Believe singer of staging a kidnapping against her own son to forcibly send him to a rehab facility.

The mother, who collaborated on Crimson and Clover with the Foggy musician, denied all allegations, and took back her filing in September of 2024 claiming that the singers had “privately resolved this matter.”
