Jennifer Lopez, who got a facial injury while rehearsing for upcoming hosting gig, made a strong comeback before the American Music Awards.
Although the 55-year-old songstress was injured while practicing, she returned to the rehearsals to ensure that she makes a striking appearance at the show.
On her way to the place, Jennifer turned to Instagram to share a selfie and a clip of her jamming in the car. She appeared in high spirits as she sang along a track by Megan Thee Stallion.
The On the Floor hitmaker repeated a line “what could a host say,” seemingly hinting at her performance in the 2025 AMAs.
This comes after the Billboard Icon Award winner was slammed with a lawsuit for sharing photographs from the Vanity Fair party on January 4.
Photographer Edwin Blanco and his agency BackGrid claimed their rights on the clicks that Jennifer uploaded on her social media.
The lawsuit alleged that the iconic popstar’s move “is commercial in nature, intended for self-promotion,” highlighting her “clothing and jewelry.”
The year 2025 was seemingly challenging for the Ain’t Your Mama crooner as her divorce with Ben Affleck was finalised in January, making the former partners officially single.
The two, who do not share any biological children together, split their ways after facing “irreconcilable differences.”
