Kanye West, Bianca Censori take chaotic decision after bombshell lawsuit

Kanye West and Bianca Censori, who got married in December of 2022, have allegedly taken a step that is sure to complicate their legal woes.

The Heartless singer has reportedly handed over some of his legal responsibility to his wife after being embroiled in multiple court cases.

According to InTouch Weekly, the 24-time Grammy winner has bestowed the power of attorney upon Bianca, which means that she can handle business decisions on his behalf.

A document called “Designation of Agency” has made Kanye’s legal team acknowledge in court documents that the Australian native holds the power, but they maintain that the information should be confidential for now.

The Yeezy founder is surrounded by legal trouble, as he facing nearly a dozen lawsuits from former employees accusing him of multiple kinds of racism, abuse and inappropriate conduct, while Kanye (now Ye) himself is reportedly seeking damages.

The controversial rapper and the 30-year-old architect apparently sued Dr. Thomas Connelly for multiple forms of medical misconduct, alleging that he got the Stronger singer hooked on nitrogen gas.

Meanwhile Kanye is facing legal turmoil from a previous bodyguard, Benjamin Provo, who claimed that he endured wrongful termination and racial discrimination from the 47-year-old.

Benjamin sued Kanye last year, in April of 2024, but the case has not received any verdict as of yet.
