Diddy in trouble as Cassie Ventura pledges to speak truth in trial

Cassie Ventura, who is the former girlfriend of imprisoned Sean “Diddy” Combs, is expected to appear for trial.

Sean “Diddy” Combs, whose trial commenced this week, was accused of assaulting his ex-partner after a footage showed him violently hitting Cassie.

The 38-year-old singer, who is pregnant with her third child, has reportedly pledged to speak her truth, but “is taking one step at a time,” according to ET.

The source highlighted her responsibilities of being “a mom, wife and person and tackling things day by day.”

On the other hand, the songstress’ husband Alex Fine is her “emotional rock” and has been “by her side throughout everything.”

Alex, who shares two daughters with Cassie, demands that her wife gets “justice” and is hoping to “move past” this difficult phase of their lives.

However, the Bad Boy Record owner’s attorney Marc Agnifilo stated that he is preparing to show it was not just the rapper assaulting the Is It You hitmaker, claiming that there was mutual abuse between the former couple.

Angifilo admitted referring to the situation “as domestic violence,” but has a capability of "starting physical confrontations." This is done to oppose the argument of her being the victim.
