Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are gearing up for another sweet family celebration just a week after throwing a cozy birthday bash for Prince Archie’s sixth, and this time, it’s all about Mother’s Day.
With Mother’s Day falling on Sunday, May 11 in the US, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expected to mark the occasion with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, from their home in Montecito, California.
Meghan has spoken openly and often about what motherhood means to her.
While speaking at the TIME100 Summit last month in New York, the former Suits star got candid: "I'm conscious of not just raising a strong and confident young woman, but also a son who’s empowered to support the women around him," she said.
Back in March, Meghan gave fans a peek into her softer side, sharing a photo of a lemon tart on Instagram to mark UK Mothering Sunday, captioned: "Our family tradition. Mothering Sunday in the UK."
Just last week, the couple celebrated Prince Archie’s sixth birthday with a laid-back party, while Prince Harry made a quick trip to Las Vegas for a panel event with The Diana Award.
Meghan posted a touching black-and-white photo of Harry walking with Archie and Lilibet, along with the caption: "Our son. Our sun. Happy 6th birthday to Archie! Thank you for all of the love, prayers, and warm wishes… Where did the time go?"
