George Clooney is raising eyebrows with a bold confession about his picture-perfect marriage to Amal Clooney and fans can’t believe it.
The Oscar-winning actor, 63, appeared on CBS Mornings this week and doubled down on a claim that’s left fans baffled that he and Amal Clooney, his wife of nearly a decade, have never had a single argument.
“I remember we were here with you once before,” George told host Gayle King, “and I remember we said we’d never had an argument… I feel so extraordinarily lucky to have met this incredible woman.”
And he didn’t stop there: “There isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t think I’m the luckiest man in the world.”
This isn’t the first time the power couple has claimed marital bliss without conflict.
Back in 2022, Amal joined George on the same show and confirmed their no-argument status, even poking fun at a cousin who asks about it before saying hello.
Gayle, like the rest of us, was shook. “Seriously? Never had an argument?” she asked.
George joked: “Would you like us to now? Would that make you feel better?”
Meanwhile, Amal — ever the poised human rights powerhouse — credited their chemistry to good luck and emotional openness.
“It’s 99 percent luck just to meet the right person,” she said. “We try not to be cynical or guarded.”
The pair tied the knot in a glamorous 2014 ceremony in Venice, attended by A-listers like Matt Damon and Emily Blunt. They went on to welcome twins Ella and Alexander in 2017, who George says are now “funny and curious” seven-year-olds.
“Our kids are 7, about to be 8… and they make us laugh,” he said. “Every parent thinks their kids are great — but ours are hilarious.”
George, who’s currently starring in Good Night, and Good Luck on Broadway, also got candid last year when Page Six asked if he thought he was “punching above his weight” with Amal.
“Yes,” he laughed. “And I still do.”
